What’s it all about?
Simplify are looking for motivated, driven people who want to FAST TRACK their career in conveyancing. We are looking for people who know what it is to provide excellent customer service, those who are great problem solvers and those who can diligently follow a clear process.
As part of an award winning training programme, we will give you all the tools you need to succeed in the residential conveyancing market and push you to reach you potential and grow with the company.
What will you do?
As part of a 6-week training programme, you’ll learn everything you need to know about conveyancing. You’ll be joining with other Trainee Conveyancers and will form a learning group so you can share your experience and be able to bounce off one another.
Upon graduating from the training academy, you’ll continue to receive support and mentorship on all elements of the conveyancing process. You’ll start to work with your own clients and guide them through the house-moving process. You’ll learn to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and offer an excellent service through all interactions.

We will need a few things from you…
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Someone who can prioritise well, be self-motivated and has a passion for the property industry.
It’s important that you have worked in a customer facing role and have exceptional customer service skills that you can demonstrate.
You don’t need to have specific experience in law or the property industry. What we look for are the right characteristics, if you have these, we can train you on the rest.
Of course, if you do have prior knowledge of law and the property sector, this would be advantageous and we would absolutely encourage you to apply as well!
If you are successful, our training will start on 24th October 2022 and you will need to be able to join on day one and commit to being available for the full 6 weeks of training. Please ensure you have no holidays booked between the training period.
